My deye 8kw inverter has suddenly lost the grid supply. I tried restarting but nothing. Is this a technical fault or settings related? Please help

    I would suspect an actual loss of AC into the inverter. Maybe loose wiring, faulty isolator, changeover, AC protection device, etc.

    If you have a multi-meter and are comfortable removing the lower cover, you could check the AC into the inverter on the input terminals.

    Check if there is AC from Eskom by moving the changeover to bypass the inverter.
