Is there any solution to the attached video ? 

I normally upgrade them, but this one when I pressed FLASH using ISP TOOLS 4.3 ( as usual ), it stopped and not showing anything, and it is not accepting any firmwares  ( originally 67.01/68.01 and I was flashing 67.03/68.03 ) 

The communication board after I press FLASH shows steady red and blue light, or it only shows steady blue light, also sometimes the inverter does communicate with the laptop as when I press TEST in ISP TOOLS, but when I press FLASH the program freezes and gives me a message that says that the device attached is not functioning.

I'm in Syria and ordering a new control board would cost alot of money and takes alot of time, did any one encounter this ? This is the second time this happens to me, and they were some new inverters that came to the country so I don't know I'm confused

Also another update, while attempting to install the firmwares, now the inverter screen is blank, while the three lights above it still blinking

Unfourtunetly the didn't work, non of these, except for "how to activate control board" I didn't have the equipments for that so I can try it, I will be checking if I can get the equipment asap
