Luxpower dongle and registration issues

Any one else having problems with linking the dongle to the WiFi . I have done it more than ones with no issues now suddenly can't get the dongle linked.

Othere issue now is when registering there is an installer code required to register or you can't register .

    Thought these inverter are popular inverters as price is good for what you get . Guess main issue with these inverter are the app issues they have
