December 18, 20241 yr I want to add another exact same 5kw Battery to my existing 5kw Battery and connect it as per the image. (Negative from Slave to Negative on Master) (Positive from Slave to Positive on Master) i have seen a quite a few different setups, for configuring Parallel setups with battery's would this be correct way for a cable (2 AWG) setup as my system is wall mounted? the Image is from Sunsynk's manual is probably based on a busbar setup any guidance will help Edited December 18, 20241 yr by Killer47x_1 added better description of cable size

I would put one connection cable from the fuses to the top battery (e.g. positive) and the other one to the bottom battery. The connectors between batteries. See picture in first post here

Fuses and cable current carrying capacity to the updated to allow for the revised charge and discharge current of the revised battery bank. Go for a busbar if you are able to avoid daisy chain as per the picture Edited December 18, 20241 yr by I84RiS
