Surely the connector, among several that I bought, must have been of dubious quality, perhaps water entered and corrosion was generated... added to the very high ambient temperature and direct sunlight. The connector was carbonized and, thank God, only both connectors and part of the cable caught fire. Being aerial, the rapid fire did not touch more combustible materials and only left the panel blackened.Although for some years there have been international standards that are beginning to be mandatory, such as the UL 1699B Standard, the IEC 63027 Standard; these devices are not yet widespread.I am looking for places where I can buy an intelligent electric arc device that is also a disconnector of the String as a whole, of the AFCI BREAKER type. ???Can anyone suggest one and where to buy it?CEF
