Hi guys.

I need some help. Since this extreme power we had itv seems that i have lost a 3000 c Pylontech battery.I haVe 4 batteries, I addedon battery a 5000 when we started experiencing this power failures

Dip switch, soft restart, power off , nothing, it is as if the BMS is not waking up.
