Hi guys,

i have a system with a 5kW Synapse and 2 3000C Pylontech batteries. Everything been working fine for years, but this morning the area went out, and I think the batteries eventually both died.

At the moment now I have the master that is charging, but constant red light, and the slave off. I have attempted restarting them, but no luck.

Any ideas?
