October 22, 2025Oct 22 Dear all,I'm looking to be connected to the Console of my US2000C manufactured in 06/2025.Unfortunately, this is not working for me for an unknown reason...I have a CISCO console adapter (USB to RJ45) which works well => I can get an echo on my Terminal if I connect Tx/Rx together => Pin 3 connected Pin 6 on Cisco RJ45 sideThen, I built my own RJ45 (Cisco) to RJ45 (Pylontech) adapter in order to have :=> Pin 6 (Cisco side) => Pin 3 (Pylontech console port) => Tx=> Pin 3 (Cisco side) => Pin 6 (Pylontech console port) => Rx=> Pin 4 (Cisco side) => Pin 8 (Pylontech console port) => GNDI have checked my new wiring and it works well => I can get an echo on my Terminal if I connect Tx/Rx together => Pin 3 connected Pin 6 on Pylontech RJ45 sideSo at this stage, my wiring seems working well and drivers on my laptop seems OK.Unfortunately, If I tried to communicate with my US2000C, I did not get any answer from the battery. @1200baud or 115200baud, no changes...Same issue with the original software "BatteryView" from pylontech. I got an error message indicating that the system is not answering.Do you have any idea ?Thanks a lot for your help.
