November 22, 2025Nov 22 Good afternoon everyone , I'm having an issue with a synapse 5.0+ inverter and battery 3.7kw solar MD . Getting a BP error message on the display and the battery is not being picked . Battery switches on but not sending any voltage to the inverter. Unfortunately don't have the manual, suspect a faulty BMS. The inverter can work without a battery as long as solar is there. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use a multimeter on the battery output (DC terminals) to verify the following: If 48–54V BMS is ON and outputting power. If 0V or very low (<2V) BMS is protecting or internal fuse blown.
December 13, 2025Dec 13 Author Managed to get hold of tech support and they helped me out , the BMS was protecting the battery , no output on the battery cables. Turns out there is a way to force start the BMS and it worked. Thank you for the help
