Strange Deye and Gen behaviour

Hi all, i'm having a strange issue with a Deye 50kW.

There is currently no pv and grid so running purely on batteries.

There is nothing wrong with the start-up of the gen etc. The issue i'm having is that after the generator has started at 25% the generator turns off at 30%, this cycle repeats until the grid comes back. Under the TOU settings i have set the gen to run till the batteries are 100%. Has anyone had any experience with this issue? any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
