geyserwise max E9 error

Featured Replies

hi there guys. i have a geyserwise max geyser conversion installed by solarguru for the past 3 years. its been running flawlessly for the whole time. but now on the start of Easter weekend the geyserwise panel started to give me a E9 error. the problem is solarguru is closed for the Easter weekend. is here anybody that has had a similar error before? what was the issues you found?

the panel shows my geyser temp at 55degrees, then the outside solar panel is 137degrees. the pump icon is on, but it doesnt circulate the water. the water should circulate if there is a difference of 7 degrees between the geyser and outside panel.

am i looking at a faulty pump? or are there other things i can lookout for?

thank you in advance
