Hubble AM2 / Deye 8KW / Solar Assistant / Hubble CloudLink

Featured Replies

Hi all

I have a Deye 8KW inverter with 2x Hubble AM2 batteries.

Deye connected to Solar Assistant.

Solar Assistant connected to battery #1 via RS232, and the two batteries are connected via link cable.

I also have a Cloudlink lying around here, currently not connected to the Deye as that slot is taken up by the cable to Solar Assistant.

I cannot connect it to the main battery as the RS232 port is linked to Solar Assistant, but I can plug it into the second battery, but then it only sees that battery, ideally I would like it to see both, without losing the connection to Solar Assistant.

Any ideas?

Kindly note that, as outlined in our warranty terms (refer to the image below), third-party devices connected to our batteries are not covered under warranty.

To ensure reliable performance and proper operation, the batteries must be connected in the installation sequence and configuration recommended by us.

We recommend disconnecting any third-party devices and reinstalling the system according to our approved connection sequence. Failure to follow the recommended installation guidelines may affect both the performance of the system and the validity of the warranty.
