Good day.

I have an UP5000 battery and attempted to update the firmware. I got the firmware from a support person in South Africa who encourage me to do this.
The Serial number is K20110C32260597.

The battery does not switch on now. All LED’s are dead. If I attempt force upgrade, I get error as below. I suspect I was given incorrect firmware as there are different chipsets? The mentioned support person now does not come back to me.

Can anyone tell me where to get the correct firmware or point me in any direction of someone that can assist me?
