February 2, 20215 yr Hi team, what could be the problem .The dashboard,Advanced settings etc all are accessible but failing to connet or access Remote console.

Which GX device are you using? Access rights :User and Installer, I have tried to reboot but nothing is changing I am using CCGX ,I have updated the firmware to v2.60
