ICC - Using time for control

Gunners

Recommended Posts

Hello. Could someone please assist with the following questions?

On this screen:

image.thumb.png.a7a5e0c5ba3c301859533bad999b1568.png

  • Can I use SOC and Time for control, or should only 1 option be active?
  • I would like to force the system to use utility between 3-6 ... should I tick those times for the Utility row?
  • What does the "Overwrite to change to Grid to SUB mode" option do?

Regards

You can use both SOC and Time but I have found that if the "Overwrite ..." is checked this does not operate correctly. I have not checked this recently but it's not listed in the changelist. I am using the Revov version of ICC which doesn't get updated often so it may be different for you.

Yes if you want to be sure of using utility. SUB will allow solar to be the priority if it's available but will default to utility if it isn't. I don't normally bother about using utility myself.

When using SOC control the default is to change between SBU and utility. If the "Overwrite..." is selected the inverter will switch between SBU and SUB.
