Good afteroon.

I did an istallation for 2 clients of us, they are using the Renewable Technolohies inverters ( RENTEC), it's a 5KW inverter. The inverter works fine but when it runs on batteries it does not switch over to utility to charge the batteries. What can i do to remedy this problem.
