May 13, 20215 yr I currently have 6 panels on my west-facing roof and 4 panels on my normal angled north-facing roof. I don't have more north-facing space but a medium sized flat roof on the northern side that gets the same amount of sunlight. Would it be possible to add a couple more panels on the flat roof to the angled north-facing string? So basically the question, can I add different angled panels to the same string?
May 13, 20215 yr Of course you can. Just be aware that the string will not be optimised. In effect this may lead to either marginal or hardly apparent losses. Panels today are a LOT less fussy about their angle to the sun. Edited May 13, 20215 yr by PaulinNorthcliff
