Sun flare/Solar activity

Featured Replies

Good morning

I have read in the news that the world will be experiencing immense Solar activity again in the following few days.  The solar flares (photons) are approaching the earth at 1.6 millions km/h.  We will be experiencing interference on numerous technical fronts.  I was just wondering what the effect, if any, would be on the PV cells and consequently on the Inverters?

Have a great day

Hi again

I know that the Sol-Ark inverter has specifically been developed to withstand the effects of a Solar flare and the EMP associated with it and other events that could cause the EMP.  I wondered if the Deye inverter will be as robust, seeing that it seems to be the same inverter?
