Hi All,
Thought I would ask for some expert opinions from the community.
Have a goodwe 5048ES + 4 x Pylontech US2000 and about 5kW Solar Panels - everything seems to be working as it should.
After loadshedding, power from munincipality (citypower) comes in at too low a voltage for about an hour or two. This has been happening for about 2-3 months now.
Lights dim and flicker, fans go slower etc. Especially bad during evening.
inverter will switch back to battery continuoly as it detects inadequate voltage.
does not seem good for lights and electronics - already burned out a number of LED's.
have tried to log faults with citypower multiple times - but they are clueless - they actualy respond fairly quickly but never manage to come when the problem actually happening so they just close call each time.
Not sure what to do from here. Any advice would be much appreciated.
I have attached a week's worths of data here as well - can see clearly where the goodwe goes into fault mode due to low voltage.
