Here is the chopper DC side legs picture, can that be the reason for heating of the mosfets

I am also having same problem, one set of MOSFETs on DC side are heating a lot even at no load, don't know why this is happening. If you find the solution please tell us here, also I have not yet checked the signals with oscilloscope. Also one more thing I want to add is that this solar inverter is having 6 MOSFETs on DC side and I have installed only two MOSFETs on each channel for checking purpose.

Hello, a solar inverter hisel brand has a strange issue, it has 6 MOSFETs on DC side in two pairs one pair is severely heating up while the other heats up but not much without any load connected. I have checked the gate voltages which are ok. Gate resistors are also good. What can be the issue. @Coulomb

Hello can you tell me out of 50 pins of the dsp controller card of vmii 5kva which are the input voltages pins, One inverter has came with not powering on. And when i checked on the dsp card some of the capacitors are showing shorted. So i want to ask you which pins are used to supply voltage to the card. @Coulomb @BritishRacingGreen

Hello the error 8 has gone and also that blinking issue with fake voltages have also gone, now after installing the igbts and all mosfets with ac power connected and battery connected, no pv connected the sytem was charging and giving output also, but when i assembled it and i only connected battery no ac, no pv the two igbt which are mention in pic as well as 6 mosfets have blown again.

I have one other axpert VMii inverter came for repair, with only battery connect, no ac and no solar connected I am seeing solar panel icon and ac icons blinkin on display and on input voltage I am seeing 400 volts which I know is fake voltages, what can be the issue, also I have removed all igbt and mosfets as they were faulty and without them I am getting this thing. Your expertise needed, thank you.

I have removed all mosfets and without mosfets on circuit I am getting resistance of 4.4k0hm between the gate and source instead of 11.7kohm is that correcnt? thank you.
