    Hello out there, we just experience the same issue with two new us2000c in our Solar Boat Project with Victron EasySolar (charger/inverter) and ColorControl GX. The firmware version and/or settings on the Victron side allowed for too high charging voltage and both pylons are now locked in alarm mode (red light and buzzer). Our supplier works on a solution with the Pylon importer, but he suspects the bms boards need replacement. I‘ll update you when I know more. Cheers, Sebastian
