  1. Thanks to everyone for their replies, I sent the enquiry on the shinephone app and I got a reply from what I assume and would hope is a representative, but it does seem that firmware he supplied had a negative effect, the LCD came on but wasn't registering the currents (even though it was starting up lol) I just did the flash sent above by Rooney and all of a sudden the AC/INV and CHG LEDS came on but wasn't registering Voltage, I restarted the inverter and now the LCD screen is blank and its just screaming (alarm beeps fast then continously) tried the procedure for update failed but just stuck on send start and seems the communication from laptop to inverter is not working now. Thanks to everyone for trying, if you have any suggestions its welcome but otherwise I'll try replace under warranty. Regards
  2. Hi Guys Please can someone educate me, I have a SPF5000TL HVM WPV inverter, I received firmware for the SPF5000ES, Growatt representative said its the same thing, tried the update but keeps getting stuck on Send Start, now my inverter doesn't register AC/PV/DC values, still turns on but not registering, have to run on Bypass switch, keeps tripping when I try run through inverter, app says its in Wait mode.
