And I thought I was the only one having the flickering lights issue with the Alpha Ess Smile5 when run in off grid mode....
I narrowed the issue down to 20 minutes after the sun has disappeared behind the mountain in the evening. Like clockwork the lights start to flicker and the PCs start crashing. Sometimes the net stabilises but on other times I need to switch on the grid. I measured the frequency this evening and normally the multimeter gives a constant reading of 50Hz but during the flickering stage it goes up to 54.12Hz (see picture)!!
I haven't yet received any support from Alpha Ess for my issue. Has anybody made any progress or can they share a contact?
Thanks,
Jürgen
