  1. Good day. My Solarman Smart Data Logger stopped working and the Installer gave me a new one. The "net" light does not come on at all(on the previous logger also).I tried connecting to different networks(NOT 5G) but still nothing. Is it possible that my data port on the inverter is faulty. My inverter is just over a year old. If it is the Inverter, can the data port be swopped out or does the whole unit need to go to Sunsynk for that? Thanks in advance
  2. Good day. We had a rainy few days and its still raining. How do I charge my batteries with Grid power just to ensure I have enough power for loadshedding. I have a 8kw Sunsynk inverter and 3 Hubble 5,5kwh batteries. Thanks in advance.
  3. Found the problem. Faulty Inverter and not batteries. Just my luck, will get the "DAT" out of the batch.lol
  4. Nope, also not a firmware update on inverter. Sunsynk also did an update and it is up to date. When I set it to AGM V it shows about 54v bit when I test it at the breaker it says 47v. Believe it or not but Sunsynk is just as puzzled as the Installer. There is basically not a thong that we have not set or tried on the inverter. Only possible scenario is that it is a hardware problem.
  5. All Good and up to date. No updates needed for now
  6. About what would I speculate?
  7. Thanks. Hubble was at my home to test. Does not look like its the batteries.Looks like its the inverter. Did set to AGM V,still does not charge. Battling with Sunsynk now, inverter not even 2 months old. Will try your method tomorrow. Thanks
  8. Having an issue with batteries that dont charge. Hubble is sending a person out tomorrow to test the batteries to see what is wrong. Must say so far its good after sales service I got from Hubble. Phoned 3 times during the day to hear if the person/technician made contact and to help with settings so batteries can charge with grid power.
  9. Thanks for the advise. Hubble is sending a person out tomorrow to test the batteries to see what is wrong. Must say so far its good after sales service I got from Hubble. Phoned 3 times today to help with settings and to hear if the person/technician made contact and so on.
  10. Good day My Hubble batteries does not get charged through my Sunsynk Inverter. According to Hubble there is a communication error between the Inverter and Batteries that they are working on. How do I bypass the inverter to charge the batteries with grid power so I have atleast power during loadshedding?
  11. Thanks. Saw a post regarding that.
  12. Im also on 20% daily. Set it now to 10% just to make sure im getting through the night with these loadshedding.
  13. Useally it charges full, except for when we have bad weather but the weather was good today. It charged to about 73%
  14. Good day. I have a 8kw Sunsynk Hybrid Inverter with 3× 5,5kw/h Hubble batteries. Suddenly today it does not want to charge fully and the Inverter only gives power to what is needed and dont send access energy to the batteries. I did not change any settings and yesterday it was still all fine.
  15. Good day. Who can you guys refer as a reliable supplier for a solar system? Even if it is different suppliers for different items(Hybrid Inverter, Batteries and ect.) Looking to buy the products and get an installer(reliable) to do it for me. Im looking at a 8.8kv Sun Sync Hybrid inverter, batteries im not sure and JA Solar panels. Thanks
