    Good day, I am looking for contact details of a support person that can assist me with a Deye/Dyness combination system with solar contribution that is not performing close enough to capacity, I already had the Deye support on Whatsapp look at the system, did a firmware upgrade and played around with some settings, I am sure we set it up correctly but would like a specialist to review and see what might be incorrect in our setup. I don't want to run through everything on the forum and will appreciate your recommendations of someone I can email or whatsapp

  3. Shoto Lithium Ion setup for Sunsynk inverter

    Hi, new here and joined specifically for the good technical advice. Can someone please assist me with the information on the connection between a Sunsynk 5K-SG01LP1 and a 5.12kWh Shoto lithium Ion battery, the Sunsynk manual I have says "0" in all table cells as per below, and the internet states the below table, which looks like a CANBUS connection....so I am not sure if I should treat the setup as a lead-acid as per the below NOTICE or if I should connect it with the CANBUS cabling, please advise
