  1. @Coulomb thank you for the reply I spoke to Rectron support this morning after I posted. They advised that I needed to return the unit because of a failure. They also said that it is very odd behaviour. Inserting that, I do not get an F08 error or tripped breakers. I’ll post an update when I get a fault report after the repair.
  2. Configuration: Inverter 1 x RCT-AXMX2-8K48V Main CPU firmware version: 54.01 Second CPU Firmware Version: 22.11 Batteries 2 x Pylontech US3000C 3.5KWH MPPT 6 x CANADIAN SOLAR 595W PANEL (Series) Background: Brand new Inverter, new panels and batteries. Inverter was only commissioned after installation was done and verified for correct wiring and voltages. Problem: The Inverter does not recognise that the PV array is connected to PV1 or PV2. Testing done: Check for input voltage on inverter PCB, connection between external connectors and board and voltage was given of +/- 230V DC Tested with 3 panels in series to see if input voltage is too high, no luck. I double checked that the array input voltage(Vmp) is in the range of specifications. Max Array Ampere at STC @ 17.15 AMP => inverter rated at 18 amp (Max) Any suggestions on what else can be done?
