This software requires pylontech battery and connection cable which I'm not using with the inverter. Is there any other suggestion 🙏?

Yes, it’s very unusual, and that’s the main reason I sought for assistance. All other connections are good, inverter works as single mode.

Good day all, there is a fault or warning with code NE F73 on axpert MKSIII inverter, I have tried to troubleshoot but yet to fix out the cause of the issue and no solution. The 2 units connected to work in parallel but not working. Please advise

I will post that soon. Though it shows that the new version was manufacture this year, it's very recent while other one is around 2019 or so.

10kW Infini solar inverter. The latest version I have is V6.02, I have another V1.01, so trying to upgrade V1.01 to be compatible with V6.02

If you can help on the case, I'll be glad. I'm trying to upgrade a firmware or downgrade the latest version to a bit old version for parallel compatibility.

The new firmware is 6.01 and 2.60 while the existing firmware is 1.01 and 1.01. I just need something that will work urgently

Good day everyone There is this error popped whenever 2 of my 10kW 3P infinite Solar Inverters are connected in parallel mode (error 71) which means different firmware is connected. I have new set 10kW 3P infinite Solar Inverters, one of them has issue and it's require replacing the control board after done that the issue was resolved but can not be parallel again with other new ones, so I observed that the new control boards are of different version. Assistance: Is there anyway I can upgrade the old control board to be compatible with the new version. Thank you all and hoping to get working solution.

Thanks for the wonderful support, it is bus soft start fail which is 09 on axpert inverters and it also shows on the manual. The MOSFETs have already blown.

There is this fault 03 on 10kW48V infini solar inverter from Voltronic which I have been trying to know the cause of the failure parts. I was able to replace DCtoDC board and mainboard and the inverter works. Is there any expert that can give more explanation on the causes and best solution for the system. Thank you
