    I used the cable supplied with the battery and it is marked (Deye, Sunsynk,etc.) on the inverter side.

    I have a client with 2 x 8.7Kwh felicity batteries connected to a 12kw 3 phase Deye inverter; when I connect the communication cable, the inverter shows a W31 error/ warning; what could be my problem?
