There’s nothing to fix, speak with Solar assistant support if you want.

If you read the paragraph underneath the stats you will understand why they don’t match.

Is there any way to explain the process to a not so clued person ?:) i can make a cable etc but don’t want to make any permanent mistakes. It’s a but annoying when i have my 2 lifepo4 banks on a voltage and the inverter is showing 0.2-0.3v difference, i can probably take that into account when making the settings but for settings like “back to grid” increments are in 1v and sometimes that leaves some battery capacity not used.

The battery charged to bulk but had to use grid to help it (20kw) it’s not easy with our weather. The only time when the inverter is below 200v now it’s in the morning when there’s literally 0.1-0.3A which i think it’s normal. It’s really hard for me to judge how well the mppt is working but today i had clear skies and still didn’t climb over 3kw (with 6kw installed) but I’ll attribute this to the angle of the sun in winter etc, guess I’ll have to wait for winter to pass Does the battery voltage calibration works on 8k and 11kw inverters ? As i see that the guide you made it’s for 5048? Thanks again for your help and time.

Ignore the PV drop as I’ve swapped 2 panels between strings. Other then that works great. @Coulomb do you know if there’s an option to adjust the voltage offset or calibrate the battery voltage on these inverters? As on mine it’s about 0.3v difference.

@Coulomb any chance for that modified software for 11Kw ? I’m running the 91.70 version but didn’t fixed the problem, still stuck at 90v.

Ive literally just flashed it today, no issues with that, only problem is I won’t be able to see any PV input changes as we have a really cloudy forecast… @Coulomb

Maybe this is one reason why the inverter still draws some (30-40w in my case) current from the grid even if it’s set as SBU.- BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
Just had another cloudy day and mppt was stuck at 90v 2-3A for most of the day… the only way to bypass that is to switch the inverter to grid and back to SBU, unfortunately that’s an unrealistic way to work with the inverter. Tried to do a automation in HomeAssistant to do just that but not working properly. Is beyond my understanding why Mpp and Easun engineers don’t acknowledge there’s a flaw in the software and they deny or pretend not to understand there is a problem. I would really appreciate if/or you can spare some time to modify the software for 11kw mpp with 200v.- BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
Following this topic closely as i have an MppSolar pip 11kw that suffers from the same problem. The current firmware ver is 73.02 and 112.14 on display. Managed to get mpp to send me a newer firmware after weeks of going back and forth but I don’t think will solve the main issue so I didn’t bothered updating to that : 91.70 and comes with arena flasher. any chance to have a look at this version and see if can be possible to raise to 200v mppt ?
