In my experience with Us3000 and US2000 i'm quite sure that during charge, when Soc rise to almost 100%,charging current has not a linear or parabolic descending curve, but it switch from full current charge to 10A and 2A (maintaining charger in CV @ 53V), so i think that bms has some sort of current modulation. I have an us3000c on my work table, tomorrow i will test again voltage/current charging curve...- Youda's off-grid LAB
Ok, i noticed the Pylon charge current behaviour when i designed my solar charger (it is a charger produced by me), so i assumed that Pylontech bms is able to manage itself entirely charge process. For this reason i did not add a way to stop charge at 100 % or when charge enable flag is 0. Lately however i tested an Mpp solar inverter with Pylontech batteries and i noticed that they completely stop charge when battery is 100%. For this reason i was asking what is the correct way to manage a fully charged Pylon battery. Response seems to be that leaving fixed 53V or stopping charger at 100% soc is indifferent... Do you agree?- Youda's off-grid LAB
Hi all, i'm using Pylontech US3000c in a custom solar system. My question is: is it possible to leave a 53V fixed charger voltage even if battery is 100% charged? In my system this can happen during the daylight since i don't manage charger stop when battery reached 100% SOC or "charge enable" flag from battery is "0". I'm not sure if the charger stop is mandatory in these condition or not...- Pylontech US3000C Firmware
I based my request following this post: He said that v.2.7 zip update contains v.1.4 new firmware. For this reason i was asking for v.2.7 zip firmware. What is wrong?- Pylontech US3000C Firmware
Let me explain: i have 2 different set of US3000C: one with firmware v.1.3 and one with v.1.4. I would like to update batteries with v.1.3 to v.1.4 to have all with the same firmware. Do you know where can i find v.1.4 firmware? I wrote to Pylontech but they do not reply until 30/01 due to chinese new year holidays.- Pylontech US3000C Firmware
The version you linked is newer respect to the one i was looking for. Can someone share exactly version 2.7 zip? I can't find it. Strange thing is that in version 2.7 (as far as i know) there is v.1.4 firmware, and in version 2.8 i saw v.1.7. Why this big jump?- Pylontech US3000C Firmware
Hi, can someone share US3000C v.2.7 firmware? - Youda's off-grid LAB
