@GreenFields - Tried that and it makes no difference. The link going to the grid is still greyed out @Peter_L The AC light is on during loadshedding aswell. Did you manage to resolve your issue. My wiring and everything has been checked

Hi My 8kw Sunsynk is working well on Solar and battery, however there is no usage at all from the grid. There seems to be AC as per the picture below. The timer settings are fine. The CT was checked and is on 5&6. I tried adding more load and still no grid. The installer reset the inverter to defaults and still the same issue.

Hi I am looking to purchase some Solar panels, The installer is recommending "LVTOPSUN Mono crystalline 550W Solar Panel", I cannot find much info and reviews on them. I dont think it is using the grid, i just put a load now and below is the screenshot

Hi Thank you for your response, Its a 8kw Sunsynk with 1 x hubble battery. I added load and it used it from the battery and solar.

Hi My battery got depleted last night to 19% and the system shut down with F56 Low DC Voltage. I used the manual switch and moved to eskom. This morning the battery got charged by solar, however i do seem to be having any connection to the grid. There is no 20w trickle that was there yesterday. How do i get the grid to supply aswell.

Hi All I was planning to get installed a 5kw Sunsynk inverter, 5.5kw hubble battery and 12 x 455w. My question is what benefit would it be if i were to install a 8kw sunsynk inverter and the rest of the package remaining the same.

Hi Hope you are all well, Could someone please clarify this for me. I am currently on Pre-paid electricity with City of Joburg, I have one of those Hexing Customer units and on one phase. I am planning to install some solar equipment to help drop my monthly usage on COJ. Is this possible, someone told me that if you on pre-paid, your solar power that is generated still makes the prepaid meter tick as if you are using COJ. I plan on installing a 5kv Sunsynk with a hubble 5.5 and 12 x 455kw JA panels.
