This is incorrect . Clockwise is 0/240/120. I spent 3 days and Sunsynk support until we realised that 0/120/240 is ant-clockwise

Grid Phase Wrong Alarm
I have the latest firmware and installed two three phase 12kw in parallel. checked all the wiring on the DB , did continuity tests and swapped incoming white and blue around ( anti-clockwise on main council board). The Sunsynk technician said switch off all the loads ( drop main breaker in the house) then change grid setting to 0/120/240 ( clockwise - checked with meter). When Inverter alarms W03 turn off and then start again. This should sort it out. Unfortunately I have not been successful. What he told me though was if you don’t have 3 phase devices then this setting doesn’t really matter ( as nothing will run backwards) as it does not effect the inverter. what breaks the inverter is trying to change this when running a full load .

Latest Sunsynk Firmware
Does anyone know if it’s still important to make sure that the phases rotate clockwise. My 3 phase 12kw shows that it’s working anti-clockwise if the manuals are correct 0/240/120.

How long did it take to get the inverter fixed. Mine has broken a second time with the battery comms port coming off the pv board.

Grid Phase Wrong Alarm
Just for the record if CT points towards inverter on the grid cables then it’s white in port 3 and black in port 4 for the first cable’s CT and 5&6 for the next then last is 7&8. All 3 CT clamps must be on and should be after the DB board (breakers).

Official update on Freedom Won Lite 52V home batteries. You don’t need additional fuse or fuse breaker. This is already built into the battery. This means on my two 15/12 connecting into the Sunsynk 3phase I will have the four 50mm2 positive cables coming to the busbar ( 2 from each battery) and the a 95mm2 going to the inverter. I struggled to get a 150mm x 50mm - 6mm thick copper bar to put all the connections on . I will post the picture when it is complete with both inverters running.

Did the one inverter just trip and reset or did you switch it off?

I would think it would continue working as long as it’s not the master. You would also need to look at the pv panel output (strings) - what inverter/s are they connected to. I have a 3 phase and have bought a 2nd to put in parallel.

When you have two inverters in parallel if the master goes down both stop working . Why is it necessary to have two sets of fuse/breakers to the inverters. Could it not be cables from battery to busbar then thicker cable to fuse/breaker and then two cables going out of each fuse/breaker - one to each inverter. The logic being that if there is a problem you would need to break the connection anyway for both inverters . Not being an electrician is the problem the fuse size as with two inverters it can draw more amps from the batteries.

Andre I installed 2 x 12kw Sunsynk three phase inverters. I have 2 x 15/12 Freedom Won lite batteries. Started this 7 months ago ( had to change a flat roof) First phase was 15 JA all black (38Ow) Second phase was 11 panels on the main roof. I bought the second inverter because by new one had to go from Cape Town (uk company ) to Jhb for repair. This took 1 month. I need redundancy on this investment as well as prepare for Winter. Did you manufacture the large enclosure and is it out of PVC or did you build a smaller enclosure loser for the busbar

Silicon bronze seems to be the strongest and best conductive material and also no chance of galvanic action.

I would change the stainless steel bolts on the busbar to bronze/brass . clean looking install. Did you cut the battery 50mm2 cable shorter and run a 100m2 single cable to the inverter.
