    Yes you are right, I had the same problem then I disable power saving mode and main AC flashing light problem solve. In power saving mode inverter does not detect load OR very minor load then it turn ON and OFF main AC Voltage. During the AC Voltage flashing mode if you increase the AC load namely turn ON some more light or fan then voltage will be stable.
