Hi there,I eventually got my battery changed to a 5kva Greenrich. It is a 2c battery. I was lucky my installer did that. Not sure there is a solution to your problem. Very important inverter and battery are compatible also.

Where does one set that on the inverter?

I was wondering which setting you guys have your inverter on, SBU or SUB. I have 8 panels and want to use as little power off the Grid as possible, but unfortunately must take loadshedding into the equation. I have it set at SUB on the inverter.

Morning so my installer changed my battery and put the Greenrich U 5000 My question is what setting do you guys use SBU or SUB. I want to use a little as Eskom as I can,but will probably need to work with both settings? Any other thoughts or usage advise will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All was wondering if anyone is using the Greenrich 5kva lithium battery with there Growatt SP5000ES and solar at home. The reviews are good they say is a 2C battery which means exactly what? Also can pull up to 7.5kws and discharge is good. Please let me know what you think?

Mine looks like this .... not sure now what that means. All I know is it sends a voltage fault to my Growatt inverter. And I have no coms cable which I think is also not ideal.

I have the 120amp hour battery, when I go into tthe menu than cells it shows cell 16 with a line across it. I'm told some have only 15 cells , so I am assuming. Also under a load but under 5kva my inverter shows a fault. Also struggling to get a coms put on, as inverter and Nenergy battery are not compatible..System is 19 days old and has had 4 voltage faults already. Just want a better compatible option!

Morning all so my N energy battery which is 10days old has a faulty no16 cell. The installer is Awol. I have read on some Forums that this battery is a Hoselect lithium, dressed up with a new casing. those Hoselectbatterys often have faulty cells. This is causing my inverter to send a fault under load. Does anyoneknow someonein JHBwho can fix a faulty lithium cell.
