That's what I'm struggling with so i change the setting to 100% and it charges the batteries for a few seconds and then reverse and feed it back draing the battery's. So at this stage it's not charging but does show the amps if it's charging

Hi everyone. I'm new to the backup systems Can anyone help me please my installer can't help me with this. I have 2 x 5kw Deye inverters in parallel and 2 x 5kwh Raystech lithium batteries that i use as a backupsystem. The installer sorted out the comms between the inverters and batteries but now when my batteries reach 100% it start feeding to my house even though Eskom is still on. They said i must change the charging amps but doesn't work. Secondly i stuggle with my BESS for the battery to connect it to the internet. I need to enter a name and pcs but don't know what it is
