Good day all, I just noticed that my plant disappeared randomly from my solarman app. I logged out and logged back in and still it’s gone. It’s also not showing online when I log on via a browser. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks, Tim

Electricians came earlier than expected, they moved the CT clamp to the cable between my pay meter and DB mains and voila. House consumption now shows essential and non essential loads. ZERO EXPORT TO CT Ticked

Hi Murphy, Unfortunetly it was a no show scenario… New date confirmed for next week, will keep you posted. Mine is the 8kw one, let me know what they say please, will do the same. cheers!

Same issue for me, 8kw deye, CT pins connected correctly on 5,6 - support coming through on Friday, will keep you guys posted if we manage to solve the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have no idea even what the CT looks like, But I will mention this to my installers. Any other 8kw Deye users out there with the same setup? maybe we can compare settings and setup. I assume it’s this part:

Hello Smart Peeps, Setup: 8x 550w panels, 8kw Deye Inv, 2x shoto 5.12kwh Setup installed by solaradvice. I noticed that during loadshedding, the consumption indicator \ reading is spot on, but when the grid is on, the consumption shows 0? Any ideas? Zero export to CT ticket. Many thanks!

Hi Dirk, So just to understand, your CT was connected to ports 3,4 and then you swopped it to 5,6? Can you now see home consumption figures when the grid is on and do you have zero export to ct ticked? Thanks!

Was it perhaps solaradvice? Had the 8kw deye also installed and have the same issue. zero consumption when grid is on. Only when grid is off, house consumption shows. Let me know if you found something, will reply if I do
