  1. I'm looking to use an extra kit that I have lying around. Bought this last year just till we got solar installed. Had to move my fish tank to the granny flat which unfortunately doesn't run off solar or battery backup. Looking at using this kit and just installing some solar panels. The system I have, Axpert Type Pure Sine 3000VA Inverter Axpert Type Pure Sine 3000VA Inverter Trolley + 2x 100Ah LITHIUM Battery (12 HOUR BATTERY LIFE) KIT - 3000W (50A PWM SOLAR) With LITHIUM Battery (+-3000 cycles) - 2560Wh (geewiz.co.za) It's a PWM controller so not really sure which type of panels or how many to add. Looking at running this system off solar during the day and at night Eskom would take over, batteries are there just in case of a power outage. The most this tank would consume per hour is 500W, this was taken during the winter where the heaters were on non-stop. I don't have much experience with solar or power backups but would find this as a learning opportunity. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
  2. Ah okay this could make sense. I disabled the beep as it’s annoying as hell. What kinda also bothered me my Float and bulk is set to 14V but my battery was showing 13.4V which is fine the other issue though I was using the system for 20 mins with 20A load on the system my battery was then showing 13.1V is this probably fine? What I read about LifeP04 is 13.4V = 99% capacity. 13.1V = 40%, how did I loose 59% capacity within 20 mins with just 20A being bulled?
  3. So I have a Must branded 1000W inverter connected to a 12V First Life04 Hubble 100ah battery, think its a s100a model. Bought brandnew at end of January 2023(bought this from Geewiz.co.za) Firstly I had issues with high voltage readings I contacted Hubble as Geewiz lithium setting were incorrect. Hubble gave me the correct settings as followed. Bulk - 14v Float - 14v Cutoff - 12v After those settings inverter worked awesome. We only use the inverter for the TV and soundbar so it’s doesn’t pull as much load. I decide I’m just going to do a run test on how long this battery can infact last so I did add a bit of load by playing Xbox. after 2hours I get a error 04 which means low voltage. What just doesn’t make sense is the Cut off Voltage is set to 12V but according to the picture I’ll be adding this doesn’t make sense at all as battery is reading 12.9V but error 04 low voltage is displaying a continuous beeps are made. battery indicator still shows full 4 bars which is just weird.
  4. Hi guys I’m new to this inverter and batteries things and got a few questions as I have a few issues. I’ve pasted the link to the inverter trolley I bought. https://www.geewiz.co.za/load-shedding-solutions/190129-axpert-type-pure-sine-1000va-inverter-trolley-1x-100ah-lithium-battery-6-hour-battery-life-kit-1000w-50a-pwm-solar-with-lithium-battery-3000-cycles.html I have two issues with this inverter system. 1. When the inverter is switched on or off via the (on/off) switch on the inverter and I simulate loadshedding by turning off the wall plug, (not the DB board) it trips the DB earth leakage. I then have to make sure the inverter is switched to on and then turn on the earth leakage on the DB for it to work once again. It does sometimes trips the power again. I also have nothing plugged in that can pull power from in inverter. Also the inverter makes a clicking noise when either switched on or off before tripping the DB. 2. When the battery is being charged. It comes to a state and beeps 5 time continuously with error 63. In the manual I found that means the inverter is over charging the lithium battery. I then proceeded to check the charge settings in the inverters settings and the charge settings are the same as one provided what the battery manufacturer states. At this time I’m confused as what is going on. I’m going to try to attach 2 videos of what the inverter does as well as a photo of the inverter itself. Any help would be appreciated.
