  1. Nope, you're doing fine, but yes I agree if the power light does not come on then you actually do not know which is the failure point. Have you tried connecting your laptop directly to the LAN port on the invertor? Based on the picture replacement picture you shared, I could be wrong but, it seems that the little grey box is just converting the LAN port to Wifi. That should give you an indication if the problem is on the inverter or not.
  2. If you can see the Wifi Dongle AP when the dongle is connected to your inverter it should mean that your dongle is working correctly, you need to connect to the AP using your phone/laptop and then follow the instructions to get your WiFi dongle talking to your main WiFi network, at whcih point you can then use the app to monitor your inverter. What is it that makes you think that the dongle is not working ?
  3. Sorry to necro this thread but I need some direction to install this with an isolator, it's the double Neutral that has me asking questions instead of just steaming ahead and installing. Current install has the Geyser switch feeding an isolator switch which the feeds the geyser. Edit : I read the instructions instead of just staring at the switch, imagine my suprise when the instructions clearly indicated how to install the switch 🤭
  4. I have not had this problem since installation a couple of days ago, however there is a discernable dip in power when the grid decides to ghost me. I do not have the same effect when the grid calls for a hookup again.
  5. Hi Everyone. New solar installation owner here. My install has two 5kw Deye hybrid inverters and two 5kwh EVO LifeP04 batteries installed, however only one of the batteries are discharging, I assume everything is installed correctly, both batteries were at 60% up installation, and both has subsequently charged to 100%. But as stated before only one of them discharges. Subsequently i end up with one battery at 99% and one at 40% in the morning, making the one battery a 100kg paper weight. Is this a sync problem between the inverters and batteries? Can someone please point me in the right direction? The installer will be here in two days' time, and I like to have some idea of the solution before I get dragged into a rabbit hole with no knowledge. Thanks in advance for your time.
