I have been in contact with Timothy from Luxpower South Africa support. The problem stills occur randomly. Does anyone have any idea how this can be solved? Getting Warning code 29 “EPS voltage high” when consumption is very little. Would it help is I adjust the battery charging voltage to 55? EPS voltage set on 230? thank you

Hi All I am experiencing the same issue as FragtioN. My equipment: Luxpower sna 5000 wpv inverter 5.12Kw Dyness battery BX5110 The inverter only trips/eps shut down when switching from grid to battery backup - but only when the load is very low like in the early morning hours. Warning code 29 will be displayed - saying EPS Voltage high. The inverter (EPS) will then shut down and restart after a couple of minutes (7min.) and work perfectly thereafter. I do not understand what the problem could be? Help anybody?
