Hi, yes I can check the individual cell voltages. The original picture was taken during discharging. See the latest picture as the batteries are currently charging. Even then there is a difference

I have a kodak 7.2 inverter with 4x 5.12 kw Shoto batteries. I recently started to use solar assistant to monitor my system. I notice that the batteries discharge enevenly. Battery pack 1&4 was installed in March 2023. Battery pack 2&3 was installed in Dec 2022. What could be the problem?

Hi, someone has sent me the same BMS monitoring software as I have shoto batteries. If I understand correctly, I can just get the comms cable as above and will be able to view the data. Might be silly question but I am a complete novice. I also struggle to get a comms cable for the shoto batteries to speak to a Kodak 7.2kw inverter. Any wisdom, please

Thx for the response. Option 5 is set at USER. It does not have an option for SH. Firmware version is 00045.11 I notice that there is a comms cable in the box but have no clue where it must go in to. I was also informed about dip switches that must be set? My installer tragically passed away in a car accident the same night of my installatiin and was suppose to do some final tweeks in the morning and show me the workings of the system. I ever since that day are trying to figure everything out on the go.

Hi all. I am a complete novice with Solar and have very limited electrical background. I have a 7.2kw kodak inverter with 2x shoto 5.12kw batteries and 14x 455w panels. The system was installed in Nov 2022 and works fine. I noticed a few days ago that the SoC on the inverter suddenly differs from the battery. The inverter via the watchpower app will indicate SoC of 87% whilst the battery will be on less than 50%. Also notice that there is no comms cable between the batteries or to the i nverter Please help!
