    Hi all. Do any of you isolate/switch off your Eskom supply & Panels to the inverter during a thunderstorm? Is it necessary?

    @Peter_L I’m having a similar situation, my 5kw unit detects around 70 to 80 volts when the grid is disconnected. When the grid is available, the AC relay connects then disconnects immediately.

    Greetings all. I have a 5kw Sunsynk connected to one Hubble AM2, this installation is 2 weeks old. The unit acts as a UPS and I am planning on adding another battery and some solar panels soon. However this morning, I see the inverter is giving an F10 Error. I see the Sunsynk forum says that the Inverter must go in for repairs, I've spoken to my installer and we have arranged it. What would cause this error and how does one prevent it happening in the future?
