    Same issue here. Seems quite random though. Had one incident just after installation about a month ago, updated firware and then all good, until the last three days when it's happened 4 out of ten times. Strange that it happens when Eskom goes off. My installer thinks it may be a surge when they switch off...says something about Eskom sending more than the 230v in some areas. I also tried simulating loadshedding by switch off mains to see but switch over happens with no problem. Hope someone finds the solution soon. Let you know what my installer comes up with. PS! Has anybody contacted luxpower?
