  1. How to Check BSL Inter-battery Communication?

    I have 2x 7kw bsl paralleled with 5kw sunsynk. The problem is after they installed it my soc remains on 48 %. Although the batteries is charged. Is it the comms cable between the batteries? From the main battery they used the rs485Can port, but with the second battery they used the rs485 to rs485 on main battery? I assume something is not communicating
