Can some one help to get the battery and inverter cominucation between them

4 months if I am remembering correct

My batteries in the beginning charge up to 100% and stayed 100%! Now lately it is only going to 98%. I did a capacity test now suddenly I only have 6kw capacity from 2 batteries! Still no answer from the technical team for more than a week!

My batteries was always 100 percent full but now it is the same if it idle at 100 percent now it will take power out of the batteries but the sun shining good! I will not use any of cf batteries or rebrands like ouco rentech again! Will use Solar MD in the future

I have a Deye inverter. Last time they did a upgrade as they are saying the battery after the update is switched off. I hade to switch them on again

Good day can you guys tel me how to check the state of health of each battery. last night the technical team asked last night 23H00 if they can upgrade the batterys till now they did not do it

Good morning members! So yesterday i evently get help they did a update on my battries but no luck this moring at 25percent it still go to 1 percent

Good day she have add me on a whats app group yesterday so far no one assited me will keep a update when they assit

I have tryed to get some help from 8 of CF employes. And did not get any help yet. I will never use there products again.

Thanks for your time! I manege to get the app update one battery is on 50.4 volt soc 28 and the other one is 50.4 volt and soc 22. It give me the same error code ho did you contact to assist you?

Just for interest what was your problem and the solving?

Good day I have a problem that suddenly my 2 batteries are only dischargeing to 23 percent and not to the settings on the inverter i have 8 kw Deye. If it reach to 23percent it give a F56 DC Volt low fault. Anyone that may be have idea what the problem be?
