    Ok. that is not a good sign! I informed the supplier and they say I can take them back and they will test. So hopefully they will replace them (although it may seem they are fine when tested separately. I will be away few a few weeks but will take them in once i am back and send you an update.

    Yes you are correct. I have wired on -ve side; just mistake on the drawing :-)

    My plan was to do 3x3 - this would have made my upgrade from 6 panels a lot easier; but then i did the calculations with temperature and it didn't seem feasible.Thanks for your input!
