We just had the hubble am-5 installed. Not working yet. We are using the victron inverter. Basically, we needed to do a firmware update on the battery. You need their Rs232 cable, you are not provided with one. Waiting for that still. Then you NEED (not optional as they would state, cloudlink with Victron GX to even try and connect the two together.) Reset button on our brand new Battery is missing. Phone them about it,.. was asked why would I want it??? Well why would you provide one then in the first place!!! The issues with this battery is just piling up and it seems that they really make it difficult to assist clients afterwards. Were looking for the cloudlink, phoned them about that as well. Was told they don't have any in the country and that is just jow it is!! So wait... you sell a battery that needs the cloudlink to make it work with Victron and then you say it is just what it is.... how the battery perform I can't speak about yet but, looking at they current things that have happened I do not have high hopes in this product. Shit rapped in a nice rapping if you ask me.
