I was doing some reading and found that the firmware that it came with was quite old and people had mentioned a few fixes since then.

Good news. I sent a message on the Lux Power Contact page asking for a firmware upgrade. https://luxpowertek.com/contact-us I was contacted by one of their engineers who said they could do it remotely. Which they did. No warning about when though, hehe. They did it twice, but took about 5 seconds for the inverter to restart.

That doesn't bode well. Anybody have contact details for an installer that can assist me? My data dongle was set up using INF01, so technically isn't linked to a customer number at all.

Does anyone know how I can get an installer account so I can update the firmware on my Lux Power inverter? I only have an end user account, and I'm not having any luck with the guys that did the install.

Does anyone know what the default WiFi password is for an Ouco Lithium battery? I press the reset button for 7 seconds and the WiFi comes up but them asks for a password. The manual doesn't mention a password. Apparently they are the same as CFE batteries?
