    I was doing some reading and found that the firmware that it came with was quite old and people had mentioned a few fixes since then.

    Good news.
    I sent a message on the Lux Power Contact page asking for a firmware upgrade.

    I was contacted by one of their engineers who said they could do it remotely.
    Which they did. No warning about when though, hehe. They did it twice, but took about 5 seconds for the inverter to restart.
