They say I should get it from the supply and the supplier has no idea what that is.
March 9, 20233 yr Author That doesn't bode well. Anybody have contact details for an installer that can assist me? My data dongle was set up using INF01, so technically isn't linked to a customer number at all.

I sent a message on the Lux Power Contact page asking for a firmware upgrade. https://luxpowertek.com/contact-us I was contacted by one of their engineers who said they could do it remotely. Which they did. No warning about when though, hehe. They did it twice, but took about 5 seconds for the inverter to restart.
March 9, 20233 yr out of interest, why did you do the firmware upgrade? did you have any issues or you just wanted the latest firmware?
March 10, 20233 yr Author I was doing some reading and found that the firmware that it came with was quite old and people had mentioned a few fixes since then.
August 22, 20242 yr Hi I recently installed the luxpower inverter but it seems like it's not receiving power from the panels. Not sure what's wrong any pointers
