Deye 8kw inverter error message
Loadshedding started at 8pm & at 8.30pm the inverter/batteries went off. The inverter display is showing an F14 Dc_Overcurr_Fault error. Does anyone know what this is, why it happened & how I can fix it. After a really bad day, this was all I needed!

Portable Power station
I am getting myself completely overwhelmed by all these watts, kilowatts, etc. I need to get a portable power station for my shop. I need to just run some lights off it. So, I just want to make sure I am on the right track here. If my lights total 70W I must then multiply that by 4 (hours of loadshedding) which then gives me 280W. I therefore need to find a power station that will give me a minimum of 300w output. I hope I am right with the above. Don't want to buy something that won't work or run out of power after 1 hour.

Small(ish) portable power station
I need to get a portable power station/inverter for my shop but have no idea where to start or what to look for. I would need it to power 5 x 38W lights and an electronic lock for our security gate which I don't think would be much. I reckon in total it wouldn't be more than 250W. What capacity should I be looking for & any suggestions on a good yet not incredibly expensive brand. Thanks

Akkutech 5.22Kw lithium ion battery
I am investigating installing an inverter/battery. I generally see Hubble, sunsync, deyness batteries which all seem to be the popular choices. Just got a quote on the Akkutech 5.22Kw lithium ion battery. Is this a good battery? Should I rather go with one of the above brands? Grateful for any advice.

Inverter & Battery size compatability
Thank you. Would definitely rather have more than what I need with regards to the inverter. Then when there is loadshedding be extra careful on the battery. With so much money stake, I can't afford to make a mistake!

Inverter & Battery size compatability
I am looking to getting a Hybrid inverter & battery with the option to add panels at a later stage. I am now trying to work out whether I should get a 5kw or 8kw inverter. I had thought i could get away with a 5kw inverter/battery. But after looking at my appliances, etc I realise that we have a very high load in early mornings & evenings. So am leaning towards the 8kw. However, THE PRICE DIFFERENCE IS HUGE & I have limited finances. Is it possible to have an 8kw inverter with a 5kw battery? This would help reduce cost bit (the bateries being the expensive component). The system would be Sunsync.
